Queensland Law reform – Seller Disclosure Report Released

The Seller Disclosure Report released for comment in July highlighted the need for more comprehensive property law reforms. SCA (Qld) has responded to the paper that raised concerns that there are recommendations to reintroduce extensive disclosure requirements.
