ADAM STANKEVICIUS

Adam is a strata management professional and previously Qld State Manager of Smarter Communites. He have been involved in Strata for over 15 years and have a passion for the industry. He has worked with nearly every type of development, having experience with gated estates, high rise buildings, commercial bodies corporate, mixed use developments, integrated resorts, strata titled hotels and company titled developments ranging from 8 lots to over 800 lots.

Due to this exposure he have had experience with BCCM legislation, BUGTA and IRDA in addition to the Corporations Act (Commonwealth) 2001. IAdamhave helped clients navigate such complex matters as building defects, caretaker disputes, major refurbishment projects, dispute resolution, Building Management Statements and embedded electricity supply.
