From March 24–30, we are calling on you—the backbone of Queensland’s strata sector—to step up, speak out, and showcase the essential role you play in shaping the future of our communities.
With one in five Queenslanders living in strata and $280 billion worth of assets under management, strata is more than just an industry—it’s an essential part of Queensland’s housing future. Yet, our sector still faces critical challenges—from incorrect and unfair perceptions of our profession, outdated legislation to skyrocketing insurance costs and building defects.
