SCA (Qld) Committee Training

There is nothing quite like strata. In no other sector will you find over a billion dollars of assets maintained by volunteers. Owners and committee members like you work hard to preserve their properties but, given the complex legislation surrounding owner’s corporations and body corporate committees, you may find it difficult without specialised training and knowledge.

This half-day course is designed specifically to suit owners' needs and aims to provide committee members with the appropriate knowledge to manage their scheme adequately and comply with legal requirements.

Whether you are taking up the responsibilities of a committee member for the first time or you are an experienced committee member looking for a refresher, this training is something you can do to improve your knowledge and the governance of your strata community.
