Following our recent elections, SCAQ is pleased to share the Strata Community Association Queensland (SCAQ) Board Executive for 2025/26.

We also take this opportunity to again extend our sincere thanks to our outgoing President Andrew Davidson, and outgoing Board members Suzanne Cubbin, Duncan Lee and Julie MacCarthy for their leadership, time and contribution to SCAQ and the Queensland strata community. Their service has helped position SCAQ strongly for the next stage of our journey.
It's interesting to see the changes in leadership for SCAQ and how this new board might influence future initiatives in the strata community. The blend of experience with new perspectives, especially with George Salloum at the helm, suggests a promising direction.
