Today SCAQ launched StrataWeek 2026 with a clear message:
Standards Matter. Choose a strata professional.
Queensland’s strata communities are growing, and with that growth comes the need for professional support, strong standards and trusted advice.
Strata managers do far more than administration. They support bodies corporate with governance, meetings, records, financial processes, compliance obligations, maintenance planning, insurance coordination, communication and dispute prevention.
This is complex professional work that requires knowledge, judgement, ethics and ongoing education.
Throughout StrataWeek, SCAQ will be highlighting the importance of the SCA Code of Ethics, continuing professional development, accreditation and professional standards across Queensland’s strata sector.
We will also celebrate professionalism through two of our major anchor events: QStrata and the Queensland Strata Community Awards for Excellence.
